75 dollars 5 hours of wait time!!! Calling with a mission statement of prompt reliable service! Call them wait 20 mins on hold to be assured will be there in 10 mins. To wait another hour after my father went from rehab to hospital by ambulance. Needed transport back to rehab. And the hospital called them 3x. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I am commenting on my clients behalf her and her daughter have used this transport company on and off for years and have had nothing but issues. Today was the final straw when the driver said that my client who relies on a wheelchair to get around does not need to be tied down in a four-point tie down told her that she was perfectly fine riding without being strapped down and not facing the correct way in the van I was informed of this by my client as soon as she informed me I immediately contacted dispatch and told them if nothing was done I would be calling the police they I was informed of this by my client as soon as she informed me I immediately contacted dispatch and told them if nothing was done I would be calling the police the dispatch then rudely hung up on me call the driver and made him pull over to properly strap my client into the van the fact that they have had this many issues and have made this many mistakes and are still running is absolutely ridiculous this company needs to be shut down

Used them for medical transportation, did not show up to my pick up because WNY spine and chiro doesn't show up in the gps. Made me wait hours with a back injury even though they pick me up and drop me off there all month. Customer service was rude and didn't care, didn't even try to correct their mistake. Why is it so difficult to pick me up where you have been dropping me off for the past month. Never on time picking up or dropping off, don't do medical transportation if you are unable to do so. Still waiting four hours later....I am just going to use a different company, I don't recommend using this company. Edit: 7/31/24 just didn't show up to pick me up for my appointment causing me to miss my physical therapy appointment. Edit 8/1/24 once again late for my physical therapy appointment, making me late for my appointment. Edit 8/8/24 two pleasant drivers earned you a star ⭐ back. Remember kindness is free. Edit 8/13/24 didn't take them long to lose that star they got back, late pick up for my physical therapy appointment, they are not reliable at all. And forget calling and letting customer service know, rude and want to argue with you because they are unreliable and aren't on time. Edit 8/13/24 again a great driver earned you two stars back ⭐⭐. If you can just be on time for pick ups and drop offs consistently you can probably get five. Oh and teach your customer service to be nice no matter what. That's what they get paid to do . I've worked in customer service and have been called every name in the book and never lost my cool. Edit 8/14/24 not sure if they were aware but sent van 919 for a pick up, this van had no shocks, and it was a painful ride due to my back injury. I did inform them of the issue. 8/29/24 edit: sent van 919 for my pickup, the same one I hurt my neck in, I asked the driver if the van had been repaired and he said no, I requested a new vehicle for my pickup.

If only NO stars was an option... The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with!! They CLAIM they provid medical transportation.. medical appointments are very important and you must be on time!! We called 3 times and was told by a very rude woman the driver was on the way.. 15 minutes before our appointment they still NEVER SHOWED UP. That's 45 minutes past our pickup time!!! and again... A rude woman that answers the phone.. by just saying hello.. no company name ever given . She refused to give her name and would not transfer to a manger.. who was suppose to call us back. 7 calls made to speak with a supervisor or manager .. yet never there and NO call back. This company is the worst ever!! Should not be allowed to transport for even shopping or food delivery!!

Most unreliable taxi service I've ever used. Picked me up over an hour past the designated pick up time and 8 minutes after I was supposed to be at my appointment. Staff kept telling me to wait another 10 minutes over and over again and then put me on hold for over 20 minutes
