Patrick and his crew, Ced, Q and EJ were amazing. They were efficient, quick,resourceful and courteous. They emptied both of my storage units, crossed the city to my residence, quickly unloaded everything and then took the time to help a lost person get where he needed to go. This was the least stressful moving experience I have ever had. I am grateful.

Bulldog Movers was a tremendous help for us during our move. The crew was punctual and personable. They worked tirelessly. Most impressive of all was the fact they managed to fit our entire house into the garage of our new home, the only part available to us before our closing became official. I don’t know how they managed, but that kind of incredible efficiency makes me eager to recommend them to anyone looking for help with a move. Not to mention their prices are better than the numerous other companies I looked into. Book them today! You won’t regret it.

Bulldog Movers: charged our card without authorization, cracked the foot of our baby’s crib and told us to “just wood glue it”, refused to move totally normal items for no reason (things like swiffers and small trash cans - not easily boxed), damaged over $2000 worth of wine, did not send the agreed upon number of movers and sent 1 hand truck for 3 movers, did not bring proper tools for disassembly, were actively rude and combative, and took an exceedingly long time. We did this same move with more items in the fall of 2023. We hired 3 movers through U-Haul and completed the entire move including storage unit stop in 6 hours. Bulldog movers took 9 hours and we weren’t even able to do the full move with storage unit stop. Seems pretty clear that they were milking the clock by not bringing proper supplies and packing the truck ineffectively. Details: 1. On moving day, the movers showed up with only 3 movers rather than 4. We were not informed of this change and had specifically gone with a quote for 4 movers for a faster timeline so we could be in the house that day. Their rate for 3 movers was also not the lowest quote we got from reputable companies 2. The movers only brought one hand truck to use to move items. So both the loading and unloading processes were very inefficient and took an inordinate amount of time. 3. We asked the movers to not move our wine fridge as we were arranging alternative transportation for that to keep our wine bottles chilled. We have wines in there that we bought on our engagement trip in France to drink on our 10-year and 20-year anniversaries. So they have sentimental value in addition to monetary value. When we did the “final” walk-through with the movers, we noticed that the wine fridge had been unplugged and the wine temp risen by 16 degrees 4. The “final” walk-through was far from final. There were multiple pieces of furniture unmoved (our baby’s crib, patio furniture, 2 bathroom cabinets). There were also a lot of other items that hadn’t been moved, including (dry) mops, swiffers, vacuum, multiple empty garbage cans, exercise equipment, etc. The movers told us they don’t move that stuff, that people usually take that in their car. This is not in-line with the service we paid for. When we asked them to please move those things, they told us that we “didn’t understand what movers do” and that they “aren’t house cleaners”. It was rude and unprofessional. 5. The movers did not bring the necessary tools to disassemble our furniture. When we did the “final” walk-through, our baby’s crib was still fully assembled. They told me they couldn’t fit it through the door and couldn’t take it apart because they didn’t have the tool - a standard sized Allen wrench. 6. We found an allen wrench from a neighbor. However, once that was done, the disassembly was done extremely slowly. One of the movers stood around watching another take it apart when there were still more items to move. 7. Even after receiving the correct tool, the movers did not fully disassemble the crib. They disassembled it to a point they felt they could fit it through the door. It caught on the door frame and the wooden leg of the crib cracked. We told them at that point that they could just leave the crib as it needed to be replaced. One of the movers told us we didn’t need to replace it, that wood glue would fix it. We told them we wouldn’t be placing our baby in a compromised crib. And the gentleman’s response was “it’s not compromised”. 8. The packing of the truck was done very inefficiently. They failed to pack vertically well at all. This required us to cut out the planned second stop of the storage unit. 9. The slow move caused the move to run into thunderstorms in the evening. As a result, we couldn’t move out of our storage unit. 10. We waited over a week for someone from Bulldog movers to contact us, as they said they would. We were never contacted. Instead we were charged for the move despite not having signed a CC authorization form

Bulldog Movers just moved us and did an excellent job! They showed up on time, took excellent care wrapping and unwrapping our furniture and all four had great personalities even on a VERY HOT Georgia day. Shawn was our go to person and was always prompt with any questions we had. We thought his moving quote was very fair for a short move.
