Terrible communication. The Houston office will ignore calls and emails ever after they've doubled booked a load. An absolute joke of customer service from the "Team Leader". The only reason I'm posting this review is because they've done the exact same thing twice to us.

Not going to lie we hauled for them in the past and were less than impressed. In fact we put them on our blackball list. Then recently they had some decent paying loads on the board so took a gamble to try again. They had updated their onboarding which was a bit of a hurdle as there was an issue getting them connected to our ELD. But since that process was completed they have been a breeze to work with. The 2 agents we have booked loads with since, have known every piece of information about the pick up and delivery, very polite and professional. They are nice when they called for an update and they responded to emails quickly. They do have foreign sounding agents, which aren't always the easiest to communicate with, but no complaints with our last loads. If you read my recent review of KOF I think you will understand why a quick, smooth, easy transaction is deserving of a 5 star review. Keep up the good work! It's nice when a broker improves as they grow instead of the alternative, we have sadly experienced elsewhere.

Its been a pleasure working with Beemac, always pleasant interaction with Kyle Chlupsa and Joe Krolczyk. Beemac pays quickly and when I am in a jam looking for a load they are always accommodating if possible. Thank you Beemac.

Multiple calls made to phone numbers listed in Houston, TX, Pittsburgh, PA and Beaver, PA and there's not an answer at any of these locations. Terrible customer service.
