This SOB cut me off when he entered traffic, after exiting rte 30E, on to 113N. I laid on my horn and switched lanes. Just after I changed lanes, this SOB swerved into my lane, causing me to just miss being hit, again. I laid on my horn once again and tried to avoid him, by passing him. Instead, he sped up drove partly in my lane, so I could go nowhere. He is extremely dangerous and should be reprimanded and forced to review safety procedures. He should also be forced to be retested for driving skills.
