busy b's moving

I had an appliance purchased from Home Depot delivered by this company. I was home the entire time and made it clear to let me know if they had any issues. After a while, one of the men came to me and said delivery went well and promptly left with the other two crew members. Attached is the photo of how they left my washer/dryer unit - completely wedged into my ceiling, pivoting on its back legs. They were quick to leave and when I reached them by phone they acted like nothing was wrong. When I demanded they come back, one of the men said, "I thought that's where you wanted it". Mind you, it was not even close to the water and vent hookup and it was dangerously close to tipping over. The appliance was also scratched terribly from being dragged around. I've called many times and left a voicemail with the company but have yet to reach a person to air my grievances.

THANK YOU Ant. & Mike! You both were respectful, efficient, and on time today. I am extremely happy with the service you provided. Absolute best delivery men we have had come. We have been remodeling for over a year so we have plenty of horror stories. Can't thank you two enough!! Keep up the great work!

I have a large beautiful desk that I needed moved up to my loft from the first floor. It seemed impossible because of the spiral staircase. The first moving company was unable to get my desk to the second floor. I then hired Busy Bee movers and they expertly moved the desk in less than ten minutes. EXCELLENT service, enthusiastic and professional work crew, team work at its finest!!!

What an amazing experience. We moved cross-country from Washington state to Madison Wisconsin. The guys showed up this morning ready to work. They were very professional and friendly. We are currently renting a house and leaving most all items in the garage. They were in and out in an hour and a half. I will 100% use busy movers again for our move to our new home. Thank you so much for your excellent service if I can give more than five stars I would great team.

We hired Busy B's on two occasions over the past few months. The first was moving from the Madison area to the state of Ohio. We did all the packing ourselves and the delivery went off without a hitch. Based on the great experience we had the first time, we decided to hire them again for the next stage of the move. The second move, like the first was across states, but we also hired them to help with packing. Packing was apparently simply dumping drawers into boxes and taping the boxes. There was no care for our things, no wrapping them to keep them clean, nothing. The attached picture is just one of many boxes that were packed in this manner. When I addressed this with management and requested a refund for the packing services, I was told "we've already paid the guys who did the packing, therefore there's no way for us to give you a refund." Prior to this review, I reached out to Busy B's on 10/28 to resolve the issue and gave them until 11/10 to respond. No response was given, therefore I felt it was important for potential customers to understand the level of packing service they're likely to receive. I have no gripe with Busy B's, I don't even really care about the refund, I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers. UPDATE: In response to Busy B's response....I've check my credit card statements. There has been NO refund of $200 as was stated. There have been no phone calls to me... The ONLY credits we have on our statements from Busy B's are on 8/24/23 for $240 and on 10/27 for $150. BOTH CREDITS were for moving supplies that the mover DID NOT provide and when I called BB, the manager agreed and processed the credit. If you're thinking about using them, read the owner reply to this review carefully. His comment " the packing services were completed according to the agree-upon terms..." Apparently the action of "packing" is the same as "dumping" stuff in a box.
