Excellent service! I had a chip pop up shortly before entering town on the 40… Checked with Butch’s to see if they could help me before I left town that morning and they were able to get me in and fill the chip! Got me back on the road so I didn’t have to stress that along the way. Highly recommend!

Rear window replaced on my 17 Forester. This is a "mom and pop" business. Having worked at such a place, I know the difference between people working for themselves and people working for a corporation. I will choose "mom and pop" every time! These are good, honest, hard working folks. It's like having a buddy work on your car! Be patient...they are busy. I promise you, it was done right. Thanks y'all!

I make bad choices. But calling Butch's for a winch out on a rain-soaked dirt road was definitely a good choice! Terry was good-natured, timely, and well-informed during our slippery, rainy, middle-of-the-night call-out that other local shops refused to take. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I would not recommend Butch's body shop, I would recommend you pay to tow your vehicle back to a trusted body shop. We hit a deer and our vehicle was towed to Butches body shop. I spoke with Butch on the phone several times. He assured me they would clean the car of the blood, guts and hair before assessing the damage. They did not. Further, nobody called to tell me the car was done but after a month I called and asked about it. They said it was done and I made the four hour drive to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival, I found a very dirty, messy shop and office. I had to sign my insurance check over before they would take me to another location where my vehicle was stored. Their was still blood, guts and hair all over the car, even on doors the "painted." The hood was not aligned correctly, the vehicle smells of a dead carcus, and the wheel that was nearest the impact is out of alignment and vibrates. When I expressed concerns Butch was combative and denied any issues or said other body shops were worse. I would give the shop 0 stars and Butch's customer service negative stars. They do not have high standards or stand behind their work. When looking for someone to repair my car, I look for someone who wants to complete the repairs 100%. This shop is a 60% is good enough.

We took my husband’s pickup over to Butch’s Body Shop after his rear view mirror was torn off by a passing truck hauling bales. They immediately gave us an estimate so we could get the insurance process started. Mike was a great help. We’ve had very few claims and he told us exactly what we needed to do. He returned my calls quickly and was very professional. Luckily it was a relatively small job and the part came in quickly. My husband was happy with the repairs and I was happy with the service provided.
