If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK this company. You should use Uber or Lyft. This company is horrible on all levels. The manager of the hotel we were staying at booked this company for us. Butler Limousine is a joke! We got picked up in an old LS model Tahoe that had no HEATER. The driver had a huge puffer jacket on when he picked us up to take us to the San Francisco Airport at 6 am. The car was blowing freezing cold air. We were absolutely freezing for our whole 2 plus hour drive bc our jackets were in our suitcases that we couldn’t get to. When asked to put the heater on, the driver kept saying, “it’s not pushing the air through.” We asked multiple times to turn off the AC. This was the worst drive. I have called 4 different numbers and everything is busy or no one wants to call back. I have emailed multiple times and only one response that said it went to spam, but nothing resolved. When you pay over $300 for a “limousine,” this is NOT what you expect.

I have been meaning to write a review for some time. We used Butler for our last trip to Lafayette Park Hotel. My driver was Allan he met me at baggage claim with a sign and water. He gave us a quick tour of bay area on our way to hotel. I was so impressed with his knowledge. He recommended we eat at Ruth Chris Steak House in Walnut Creek House. Highly recommend this team.LP
