Shawn and her team are super creative and every single basket I have ever given or received from them have been absolute perfection. And, All The Buzz is also able to put custom ribbons using your logo if you want to give your baskets to customers or referral partners. My first two experiences with this company were very positive. Recently, I made a substantial purchase and was told my payment method did not go through. I happily paid again only to find 2 payments processed instead of one. I contacted the owner and after 3 attempts was told I should have received a refund from my credit card company. I provided statement copies to verify my case and now get no response from the owner. Gifts are very nice and can be personalized but I am very disappointed by customer service. Beware if you do business with this owner.
