These are terrible people, I was out of town so I called and gave them my card info to take payment out for 2 months due to me not returning until then, then when I called to say I was coming to empty my unit they said I never gave them my info for payment ,I called my bank and on the 11th of January they took out $14.95 1hour later the same storage company credited back that money, so proof right there I did give them my info, secondly why would they try and take out that amount my unit was $115 a month, so I texted them back all of this stating u guys did this on purpose just to take my unit because it's a big unit I caught u in a lie , so then they tell me I have until the 21st of March to get my things out to call them when I'm in town and they will meet me there and take their lock off, so I'm here I call them and now they say they spoke to the police and because all of what they told me is not in my contract it's all verbal they can keep my things. I tried reasoning with them I just want my deasesed son and husbands things that's all I care about they can have the rest, they wouldn't even let me do that!! Why?? They will just throw away all their pictures and letters and the clothes they wore that night and the flower dresser with the paint and candles he made me , not even caring that that's all i have left and how udderly heartbroken and devastated I already was and now feel like dying myself all for some money!! How do u people sleep at night??
