Why am I finding reviews all over the internet about false attempts to deliver packages and packages being stolen?? I am going through this right now. I was home all day Saturday waiting for this package. It says it will be delivered between 11AM-3:15PM. At 3PM I decided to check the tracking info and it said that they tried to deliver it to my home at 11:49AM. LIES! I had the package rerouted to a destination facility for Sunday. The website said location accepted and they will let me know when it is ready for pickup. I received another attempt message that they could not deliver and they will try again Monday (today). I decided to call the destination facility inside of the Dollar General and they said no one tried to deliver to them. LIES again! Here I am awaiting my package at the destination facility yet again. It appears these people are stealing packages that require signature because they think something is valuable inside. I have contact the BBB and notified my new employer that their things are missing. I am trying to figure out who else I need to contact outside of the BBB. I will contact the news station next because people need to know not to do business with this company. Update: I decided to call FedEx today to inquire about the package since the status had not updated on the tracking info and they advised the package was dropped off at the destination facility at 10AM. It was now 1PM. The status still showed, "out for delivery" online. I called the destination facility and they confirmed the package had arrived. I was able to go and pick up the package. This was such a whirlwind and it makes me think twice or even three to four times about using FedEx as a business owner. This was a nightmare.

Best helpful service i got from shipping receiving office. She is very helpful. Good clean restroom no night parking in building but you can park side of the road but its you own risk

Just today, and from the exact same fedex Jacksonville, FL hub, I got another delivery from a different retailer. I went out immediately to pick up the delivered package. I also immediately knew there was nothing inside the small box because it only weighed a couple of ounces. The fedex delivery driver had the gall to wave to me from his fedex truck on leaving, knowing that either he or his Jacksonville hub had obviously broken into one side of the box, not in the delivery picture, and stolen the entire contents. I reported all of this to the big retailer that shipped it using fedex. Let's hope that all retailers will wise up and stop using fedex as a carrier. Fedex should be prosecuted in a court since they are doing nothing about their horrible service and theft. Had a delivery coming from the Jacksonville fedex hub per tracking number. Got an email from retailer saying it was delivered. Checked the fedex tracking number again, saw picture of the front door delivery, it was definitely not my front door! Immediately called fedex. Got an overseas rep who said she could do nothing, call the shipper. Called the retail company, who said paperwork had to be filled out, meaning a month or more of wondering where my lost delivery package was really delivered to. Went to my front door just for a double check. A big box with someone else's name and a completely different address from mine was there! Searched online, got the person's phone number, called him, he had my package and I had his. So we did an exchange. Shame on fedex, is this the way for a carrier to deliver? It was only through LUCK that we both have our packages. Suggest fedex reads all the horrible reviews that go back 7 YEARS. I guess they just don't care because it keeps on happening. What a horrible way for them to do business.

While getting my delivery was a nightmare where customer service has no clue how the warehouse works, I do have to thank a young lady and i think her supervisor on July 11th for being persistent if finding my package in excessive heat in a trailer to find my item. they went above and beyond to fix my horrid week.

This is the WORST service ever They have ruined almost evert occasion along with Amazon Their customer service tries to cover for their drivers .. This time is enough . I ordered a picture of my late husband who passed of ALS in 2020 I ordered a personal picture from amazon .. The seller was very kind and expedited it so my daughter would have it on Father's Day .. Fed ex tried to deliver it to 🤥🤥 To a business and stated undelivered as business CLOSED for holidays ????? Hmm Pinocchio i live in a sub division a house 🏠 🤔 Calling fed ex and amazon is a complete waste of time .. The package is in Jacksonville as it was expedited ...either lost or broken if I know DEDEX This will be my final delivery from this company FOREVER !!
