It was my first time ever hiring professional movers and it was a fantastic experience thanks to Anton & Misha! They were extremely helpful, efficient yet thorough and did not miss any details. We were facing some issues with my building during the move causing some delays but they were all able to troubleshoot with a positive attitude. They definitely made a stressful day go by much smoother. Thank you so much!! We just completed a move with Cactus Movers and they were amazing to work with. They communicated the process well, explained when deposits were due, and checked in prior to our move date to make sure they had an accurate estimate of time and cost. They arrived on time, and right away introduced themselves, asked a couple questions, and began loading. We have a 4 bedroom house and they loaded all our belonging within 4 hours, including wrapping all necessary furniture in blankets or plastic wrap and putting down runners to protect the floor. They were careful and mindful to not leave scuffs or scratches, both loading and unloading. When we reached our new house, they unloaded everything into the rooms we asked, and even organized the furniture so that we wouldn’t have to move it around the rooms later. They completed everything in a timely manner, especially considering it was over 30 degrees out. Everyone was very professional, and they made our moving day much less stressful. We were considered a long-distance move and found their pricing reasonable considering the travel and labour. I would absolutely hire Cactus Moving again, and recommend that anyone with an upcoming move consider them as well!
