Juan Vargas did us very good. When I called him to arrange a delivery time he told me when he was friendly and professional. He arrived exactly when he said he would. I would recommend Juan to haul any of our freight.

We booked a load with this carrier (team drivers); they picked up in Texas on 3/26 and had a firm delivery on 3/27 between 8a-3pCST. The driver passed the delivery location at 8:50EST/7:50CST and decided to go to another stop in Orlando FL. We called the driver multiple times trying to get him to turn around and deliver our freight and the driver refused to turn around and assured us that after dropping in Orlando FL he would be back to our destination in Fort Walton Beach, FL the next morning. We got notified from the broker around 7pmEST that the driver had another stop in Tampa, FL that we would deliver the morning of 3/28/24 and then head back up to Fort Walton Beach, FL. We spoke with the owner of the company and back and forth with the broker and the owner then blackmailed the broker for a new rate con with extra money for fuel even though it was the driver’s own stupidity of passing the delivery in the first place and also requested the date of the delivery changed to get the freight delivered by 7am on 3/28/24. The owner told us if we wanted our freight this was the only way we would get it so they were holding the load hostage. He told us if he didn’t get the new rate con that we could report the freight stolen. This company is DNU. I have tracking screenshots to prove my freight guard report and I would be more than happy to send them to anyone that would like a copy.
