I recently moved from a 2B apartment to a 1B apartment and chose Wondermove because of their excellent ratings and their location in AA. Today, I worked with Cody and Jason, and they were absolutely fantastic!! Despite the "wonderful" Michigan weather, they remained true professionals with no complaints. They moved my heavy belongings quickly and safely to my new apartment, and they were incredibly friendly throughout the process. If you’re planning a move, I highly recommend Wondermove, especially Cody and Jason! I think the cost was also reasonable considering their super hard work. Don't risk a back injury by trying to move on your own – work with professionals!

Movers and initial set up were very nice and easy. However, the reason we hired movers was due to the large amount of stairs required in our move (from a 2 story town home to a 3rd floor apartment). My partner ended up carrying maybe half of the things up the stairs anyways due to the movers' concern about running out of time, and yet I'm still paying as if everything was moved by them. Would not recommend or hire again for another move.

I've used Wondermove twice: to help unload when I first moved to Ann Arbor, and to load when we moved out. I was very happy with the service both times and would highly recommend them as movers! The office was very communicative both times. We used a Pod for our second move and they were happy to answer all the questions that I had about that. We also have a giant couch that wouldn't fit through our stairway, but they were able to get it in through the balcony (yes balcony), which was no small task. For our most recent move we had Cody, Jordan, and Tyler, who were rockstars. They were very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. They wrapped all our furniture and did their best to prevent damage. We were really nervous about all our stuff fitting in the pod, and they were happy to accommodate our requests to change up their typical packing approach. They were patient with us as we were figuring out what we wanted to go in the pod and what we would have to give up. Moving is inherently stressful and this move was no different. I was so thankful for the Wondermove team for making things easier on us. If we were staying in Michigan I would use them again!
