Ryan & Campus Crates (Storage Squad) Waco/Baylor are terrible, they're an awful business. They lost one of my daughters large boxes. She has to replace linens towels pillows blankets & more. They damaged her futon as well. She tried desperately to speak with someone to help her, to possibly tract down her box but to no avail. They use a Ups across the street as an address however its just a physical 'front'. No one there has anything to do with Campus Crates. There is no one to call nor anyone to speak to. They hire some local kids for a week during move-in and a week during move-out. The kids no nothing about what's going on except what they're told to do. Campus Crates- Storage Sqaud are not to be trusted.

This service was so helpful. We moved my daughter to Baylor from CA. I was able to ship all of our online purchases to campus crates and it was in her dorm room when we arrived. It was flawless. We’ll be using them again when it comes time to store her things over the summer. Thank you Campus Crates for a smooth transition.

I loved using Campus Crates to help move all my things into Baylor University. I was coming from California and there was no way I could fit all of my things in suitcases and fit it on a plane. Campus Crates was easy to use and very professional! My boxes were already in my room once I showed up! They take great care of each box as they know everything inside is important. I would definitely use Campus Crates again and would recommend everyone use this system! It made my college move-in way less stressful. Thank you Campus Crates for all of your help this year! I can't wait to use you again next year!

Campus crates was a great service and really easy experience. They came at their allotted time to pick up and drop off my boxes/furniture and nothing was broken. The one thing I will say is the stickers they use to label the furniture don't come off well but other than that, they are perfect!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The campus crates workers took my boxes from my room and to the storage unit for me! Then, the boxes were delivered to my dorm inside my room before I even arrived! I highly recommend, especially for out-of-state students in a dorm.
