Ordered 2 carabiners from these people. Never got an email confirmation, never got a tracking number, it's been over a month and never got a package. Reached out multiple times and one person said he'd look into it and after that, never heard from anyone again. Just asked for a refund but at this point it's doubtful that anyone will get back to me. Don't waste your money here.
