I would like to give Candyland transportation the biggest shout out for Excellent service!! My children have been a part of Candyland for 5 years! I love love her and her team!! They are very very professional and loving! Candyland and her staff keeps it 100 at all times! They make me feel like my kids are safe and well behaved!! Keep up the great work Candyland!!

This lady has the worst customer service in the world . She is unprofessional, EXTREMELY rude , and lacks compassion . I would never ever ever recommend her service !! Ever !! She has given me the worst experience for my special needs child. First his time was 745, then 8amish, then she called n told me she had a new family added , which is fine .. so my son’s new time was supposed to 830. She shows up at 820 blew the horn and immediately pulled off . Now shes lying saying his time was never changed . I am beyond exhausted and want parents to know She lacks communication, has HORRIBLE horrible driving skills , and very plainly put is MEAN to parents and the Children . I have tried too many times to have an intellectual one on one conversation, but she is not a professional by any means. I pray PreEminent charter school uses a different service for children moving forward. I try to support black businesses, but we sometimes lack decent courtesy. Signed .. a mother who has had ENOUGH!!!

Highly do not recommend....very unreliable. Doesn't have as many vehicles as the owner claims. Offers free rides after 5 services. Did not explain that free rode is only with her not other drivers. After ordering a ride she then tells me it's not free then charged a cancelation fee because she didn't fully explain her policy. Won't use again and won't recommend. The extra few bucks for Lyft or Uber definitely worth avoiding this headache.

Ms. Candy and her team provided after school transportation for our family for many years Professional and when she did not see her after school dismissal, the driver called to make sure she was OK and not riding for the day. Awesome company with people who care about our children ♥

This driver almost ran into the back of me. Switched lances almost hitting another car. Speeding. The need to be fired! This is not safe for the driver nor kids. This is a bad look for the company!! As many complaints this driver has had, why are they still with the company? Or y’all just done care?
