We were deeply impressed with the outstanding roadside assistance Metro Towing provided when my brother’s truck broke down. They were definitely caring ,professional, reliable, fast and punctual. Two thumbs up to the dispatcher and he took a swift action and dispatched the tow truck in a few minutes . The driver did great as well . Their rate was fairly reasonable. If we ever call for roadside assistance, Metro Towing will surely be the top choice.

I was lucky enough to have Rishad the heavy duty operator come out and help me off of the highway in Livermore. My 5th wheel RV broke down! Would definitely recommend any tow services from Metro Towing! Thank you! Gratitude for taking our truck to the dealer and our trailer to San Jose. Such a nice driver.

Juan was fantastic! Of no fault of the towing company, I’d been stuck on the side of the road (dead phone) for 3 hours after my head gasket blew and took my radiator and timing belts out with it. As soon as I was able to charge my phone, my insurance contacted Metro Towing. I was provided with a time estimate that was within 45 minutes. Juan was there in 20. Within another 5 he had loaded up my bunked car (which somehow still drove the 30 ft needed into the toe) to drop it at the shop. At the shop, he very easily deposited my car in a tight space in the service bay. Truly the easiest towing experience I’ve ever encountered and it was impressive to watch! Thank you for helping make a truly not fun experience a little better!

They were responsive and relatively quick but the driver replaced my Tesla 12v battery and it resolved nothing, we later found out the replacement battery was also dead. In the meantime the driver door window ended up getting broken since the windows won't close with a dead battery and they have to tow with open doors and wrap it.
