Couldn't agree more with Mike's review. These guys say they're using satellite imaging and algorithms (??) to make these determinations. I received the exact same report and there's nothing wrong with my roof. In fact it still holds a warranty from the company that replaced it nine years ago for an additional 11 years. This company is a detrimental to consumers as its making uninformed decisions and charging the insurance companies and ultimately consumers. If you want to know the condition of someone's roof, send an expert out to look at it!

We just got a note from our insurance agent that they were canceling a policy, with no notice, and no visit, based SOLELY on Cape Analytics aerial views of a roof on a rental property. I guess they think that a satellite view somehow beats two qualified roofers that have been on the roof itself.

Obviously they have no idea what they are looking at. I got a report from my insurance company that my roof was in poor condition. Thanks morons. Cost me a roof inspection. My roof is in great shape. I am going to see what I can do to make sure this company cannot do this to anymore people. Better yet send me a check for my out of pocket for your stupidity.
