So happy with the amazing service Capeway offers. Fast, efficient and professional. When other company left me for hours waiting in the middle of the highway after my car broke down, Capeway Towing Service were there super fast. Their dispatcher was helpful and understanding of the situation and helps me with AAA requirements. The driver also was super friendly. Highly recommend!!

Capeway towing was assigned my AAA call on June 16, 2024 at 12:20pm. They kept blowing me off and telling me it would be be picked up later. My car was NEVER picked up!! The guy who answers the phone for them was rude when I called to find out why they hadn't picked the car up. ! I had to call Marc's Auto Service ( Amazing company) to pick it up at 8 the next morning!! 20 hours later!! They are a disgrace to the towing industry and shouldn't be allowed to tow for AAA!!!

As a former employee of almost 5 years, this is the only company I would trust to tow my vehicles top-notch service with light, medium or heavy duty towing and machine moves. Cannot say enough good things about Capeway towing highly recommend using them.
