From start to finish everything was timely, professional and efficient with my long distance move! At the last minute I had to ship my car and Ian Hills went over and above to make it happen successfully. My Coordinator Marshah was extremely informative and always available for any questions. The Driver, Francisco was on time, courteous and took extreme care with my household goods. I highly recommend them not only for their great customer service, but for making an overly stressful situation easy!

Everything was fantastic moving cross country is very daunting and capital North American made our move flawless very professional and on time was amazing . Needless to say still unpacking but nothing is broken and they all took tremendous care with all our belongings. Our driver Miguel is amazing . So thoughtful of the whole process very friendly notified me of delivery can’t say enough amazing things about him …. And marshah was also amazing in the office she always kept me in the loop and I didn’t have to worry about anything . I would highly recommend this company you won’t be disappointed

I used this company because I’m a disabled veteran and this company was on the DAV discount list. However after upon calling them trying to use my discount I was told that if I used that discount it would actually cost me $2000 more!After several email attempts and phone calls our coordinator responded to zero. Our furniture was handled with disregard and disrespect. Several items Were broken as well as a couch and a love seat that it apparently had been dragged on its sides. The items the team packed such as lamps and pictures were left still in the carton. One large painting was marked “three glass shelves” set up crew at delivery were careless and reckless and it was evident that their speed to get out was top priority . One worker had boxes on a dolly trying to shove through a doorway and I told him to be careful with the items. More damaged furniture and scratched flooring from where it was dragged from the hall into the bedroom. The crew arrived two hours on time while the driver I am never called me personally was delayed two hours at the waystation having to change to unacceptable tires. A claim form for all the damages has been filed. Also the furniture was loaded onto a truck and then unloaded into a holding area where another truck loaded the items up and brought to my location according to the driver. I was not aware that my belongings would be moved in and out so often. I would definitely not recommend This company.

I felt like I was treated very well when I called for a quote to move all my personal belongings from Las Vegas to Central New York. Not only did they give me the best quote but put me at ease concerning all aspects of making the move. The answered all my questions, kept me informed about when they would pick up & when they were on the road. They even arrived a day earlier than expected. ALL my boxes were there & no issues with their condition. They worked through a snow storm & the entire time unloading there was not one complaint.
