Five stars for Jake the driver. I contacted AAA to have my vehicle towed to a collision shop. Within 10 minutes I got a callback, but had a very difficult time understanding the caller, he had a VERY thick accent and I almost hung up on him until I realized it was for the tow. I was safe at home, but if I had been stranded somewhere with a vehicle issue, trying to interpret that gentleman’s speech, it would have been beyond stressful. About five minutes after that, the tow driver Jake called to say he was on the way. He showed up 10 minutes later and was friendly, quick and efficient in loading my van onto the flatbed. The whole process from start to end took 30 minutes. Later, the heavily accented man called me back twice to urge me to leave a favorable review. Again, five stars for Jake and Jake alone.

C.H. saved the day after State Farm assistance dropped the ball. Very professional, and quick. The driver was spot on and nailed it for service and attention to detail. Highly recommend for the times in need. They came through for me big time.

While Captain Hook Towing did manage to tow my car to the correct location, that’s where their professionalism ended. My car broke down while I was on my way to a job interview, and my husband kindly stayed with it to wait for the tow truck. After the driver pulled away with my car, he called my husband back—not for any legitimate reason, but to compliment him on his body and ask if he wanted to join him in his truck. At first, I thought my husband was joking, but sadly, he wasn’t. My husband, being the respectful man he is, politely declined and handled the situation gracefully, but I’m shocked that this even happened. This kind of inappropriate proposition—especially using the phone number we provided for towing purposes—is absolutely unacceptable. It’s alarming that a driver felt it was okay to make such a personal, unsolicited comment to a customer, especially while representing a business. The owners of Captain Hook Towing need to have a serious conversation with their drivers about professional conduct. This should never have happened.

My experience with this business was hassle and stress free. Jafar was amazing when towing my un-towable car. He went the extra mile to talk me through the issue, and said he was going to make it work regardless of how difficult. He had to remove my tire to even tow the car, and he put the tire back on for me afterwards which he didn’t have to do. This was a great experience despite the issue with my car; Jafar and his colleague made the day 1000 times better and a lot less stressful. I wish I had had a bigger tip to give him!

The guys that dropped off my truck were great! I asked if it could be put in my second driveway so it's out of the way and the man driving (Key was training him but I didn't catch his name) and it was no problem! I thought they'd have troubles backing into it because it's a narrow opening, but I was wrong! He backed that flatbed into it like it was a compact car..very impressive! They were super nice too. Would highly recommend them if you need a tow!
