Mickey and his team where there for me when Last October 2023 I hit a bad oil spill on 126 going to the beach, It was bad I landed on the side of the mountain on a down hill S bend. They had to bring 2-3 tow trucks to get the team out there and had to do flagging while getting my car off the side of the mountain and on the phlat bed, that wracked up quite the bill. Mickey not just worked with me he went out of his way to help me out of my horrible night and because I was already in a huge financial struggle he gave me some heafty discounts. today I finished paying him August 2 2024 almost a year after the accident!! Mickey has been an absolute charm as the whole way through this there were times I just didn't have the money and he worked with me on it the whole Jurney. Thank you Mickey and thank you to your amazing team for being there in my need for help and for your understanding in the situation and your pashents while I went through issues at work and through my having to find a new job and all the craziness.

My friends and I were heading northbound on I-5 towards Canada, and my alternator and belt failed near Creswell, OR. Through AAA, Patrick with Captain Hook recovered the car off of the I-5 shoulder back to our hotel in Wilsonville. Patrick did a great job loading the car onto the flat deck given how low the car is. I'm very grateful that they came to assist us since it was late at night. The tow availabilities were limited on the following Sunday morning as noted by the AAA dispatcher.

Our travel trailer blew a tire on I-5 as we were approaching Cottage Grove, and we had to put on our hazard lights and crawl toward the nearest off-ramp. We then discovered that we need an RV rider on our AAA or they won’t help us (newbies here!), so I googled for roadside assistance and Captain Hook’s popped up, with rave reviews. They are so well deserved! He was friendly, sympathetic, exceptionally prompt (less than 15 minutes until arrived!), and worked both quickly and effectively. He gave us good tips and explained what had most likely happened and how we can minimize the likelihood of similar blowouts in the future. All this for a price that was more than reasonable. The kind of person and business that you really want in your corner when you’re having some bad luck. Service is beyond excellent. If only all businesses were this helpful, competent, ethical and friendly!

These people are a godsend i recommend them to everyone! I was on my way back to portland from grants pass because my sons been hospitalized there for a bit and my tire blew just outside cottage grove. Im so greatful i called them first! They cane out quick to help me in the dark on the side of I5 and get me back on the road to get to my son. Mickey is the sweetest and didnt charge me anything for the tires change and he even aired up all my other tires to make sure they were good. A thousand thank yous to them!

I was told about Captain Hook towing by a bystander at an accident that involved my truck and my son. She said they did her right in the past and recommended them to me. I gave them a call and am glad that I did. Mickey kept in contact with me over the days we waited for the insurance to process and James brought the truck home Sunday afternoon. They gave me a much needed break and for that I am grateful as it was very much appreciated. I recommend Captain Hook Towing and Recovery and maybe someday I'll be the bystander. In the meantime I will recommend them to my friends and family.
