Another 1 star review for the crew. To begin, they were unprofessional in their handling of our things, dropping and damaging items, as well as scratching the flooring in our home (they did not use protective mats/rugs). They were very disorganized and slow, taking long breaks. There didn’t seem to be any synchronization in their workflow. Besides all this, one of the men was very rude to us, as well as to the rest of his team. By the time they had gotten the boxes and furniture into the house, we were more than ready for them to leave. About this time, 3 additional movers showed up to help original crew. This did not make anything better. It only added to the chaos. It took about 4 of them to assemble one desk, and even so, they started hammering in a screw. We had to intervene before they stripped all the screw holes in our desk. We ended up dismissing them after they had assembled the furniture and unpacked only a few boxes. We decided we’d rather handle the rest ourselves.

Stay clear of this shipping company! I am Very surprised they even have a rating of 3.4. We moved our house goods with this company a couple of months ago. I’ve been trying to get into contact with someone to resolve an issue I see multiple people have had as well. The works wrote down discrepancies for every single item within my home, mind you everything in my home was brand new! I had Three workers on the day of my move. One man was in our garage, another in our kitchen/downstairs, & a women up stairs. They were very unprofessional asking for beers & commenting on mine and my husbands items. One of the men, instead of asking for help moved our 6 drawer dresser by himself from upstairs, down a flight of stairs, through the garage & into the shipping truck. The women, Ashley B. was the worker writing our inventory down. She made annotations on items she did not pack nor even seen with her own two eyes. She also went against protocol and had one of the men pack our bathroom items with our kitchen items, the men informed her that it could not be packed with the kitchen items and she continued to advise him to pack it. I am now trying to process our claims for a refund and I cannot do so because everything on our list had discrepancies that were not even there. Never once did any of the workers run through the paperwork and inform us of what everything means. I feel as if we were bamboozled & the company will not take any responsibility. This company deserves a 0 star rating.

Watch out for this company!! They put codes on almost EVERYTHING on my inventory saying everything was soiled, bent, scratched, damaged, etc when it wasn't! I had to dispute my whole inventory. The company is teaching their employees to do this so they don't have to pay out claims. On the inventory form it literally says "omission of these codes indicates good condition except for normal wear and tear." There is absolutely no reason all of my stuff should've had those codes. And she never once got me and said anything was wrong with my things. And when I confronted her and asked her where something was bent or scratched on one of my pieces of furniture she couldn't tell me. It is absolutely ridiculous they are trying to rip people off like this. Make sure you write that you dispute the inventory and sign it if this happens to you!

I had a Baby Grand Piano moved. The workers were very professional and it was stress free for me. Would definitely recommend.

They did a "pack out" of my entire household, as the flooring had to be removed. First, they came late. Documents, records, small items were thrown into boxes like garbage -- took me months to sort them out. They chased me out of my house while packing, so I would not see what they were doing. They left 2 boxes in my home and stole a solar light on their way to their storage. When they returned my household items, several things were missing. When I wanted to file a claim, they rejected my attempt upfront. I filed a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission. In addition, I had to contact State Officials for assistance. Finally they allowed me to file a claim and paid me for the items they had stolen. If you hire them and have similar problems, contact the Public Utilities Commission, which supervises their work. Best to hire another company, to save yourself the troubles listed here on Google.
