Careful with the China moved Action Greensboro's downtown offices. They were a pleasure to work with. Our move went smoothly and we enjoyed their friendly staff. We even had a little fun during all the logitics. :)

Careful with the China did an amazing job with our move. Laura and her team expertly packed our house which was full after 12 years of accumulating and inheriting stuff. Then Jim and his team moved everything with care. It is such a luxury to have the business owners hands on in your move and the difference really matters. They treated my things with great care, as if they were moving their own things. And they were great to deal with - prompt communication and accurate estimates. We highly recommend the team at CWTC.

In March or April, 2022 we signed and paid a 20% deposit down and booked for them to move our furniture on Aug. 3, 2022. I informed them on the booking day that we must move on that Aug. 3 date. I also called 2-3 times before then, with the last day I phoned them being in mid-July, reiterating the Aug. 3 "must move" date. The person answering the phone assured us that we were booked for that day, and "there would be no issues." About seven days before they were to move us, the husband and wife called us and asked us if that day could be changed. We told them "no". Just two days before our Aug. 1 move, they called and canceled with us saying they all had Covid-19 and were unable to move us. We had picked them over other estimates because we wanted to give a local mover our business. They were more expensive by $2,000 than others, but we felt that they would give us better service! With our agreement, they also came to pack lamps, pictures and mirrors the week before. The eventual movers stated that their packing fee was "on the high side." Careful With the China canceled with us about 36 hours before our move.

There are not enough words. Careful with the China managed our recent move seamlessly and I could not recommend them more! From our initial consultation to the day of our move, Laura and Jim and their teams went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our transition as easy as possible. Packing and moving a 7500 square foot home is no easy task, but Careful with the China made it seem that way. Every single team member was incredibly kind and took extra care with all of our items. Moving is emotional and having Laura and Jim with us throughout the journey made all the difference! Danii and her team went well beyond what was expected, providing careful, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and positive service throughout two full days of packing and moving. Not only did she work diligently herself, she provided a level of supervision and guidance to each team member that kept everyone going in the right direction toward our shared goal. Each team member gave of themselves to their work in a way that should make them proud and their company thankful. I appreciated the calm and steadfast approach with which they saw the work through to completion. I felt valued as a customer, and was well treated: customer service at its best. Again, the professionalism was all one could hope for, and more, and the work was very well done.
