My first experience here was awesome!! Great staff. Whoever answers the phone when I call needs to call the white house for me and cancel my student loans because im SURE theyd get it cleared up, they're so pleasant and courteous. If you need great assistance getting your stuff packed, check Adrian. And the ladies in the office are so helpful and they are GORGEOUS!! Thanks a million, the shipping process isn't as stressful as I thought it would be!

I recently used this company to ship items to Trinidad 🇹🇹. From start to finish, everything was smooth. I followed their instructions, had large items shipped directly to them, i went to make sure items i shipped to them arrived, they packed and shipped to Trinidad 🇹🇹. Approximately 3 weeks later, items were in Trinidad 🇹🇹. Picked up from customs a week later. I will definitely use them again. Professional. Courteous.

All the food and Supplies in the barrel was damaged and I contacted them nothing came out of it , it was not a good service , I was very disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡😡they didn’t even try to compensate, I send pictures , bad service

Always good service(Update 2022) They have been my go to place for shipping barrels to Jamaica. I had to change the name of the person for pickup and they helped me to do it and I'm very appreciative.

Please do not ship with this company. They lost four shipments for me. Nobody can give an account for it. Please use a different shipping company. I’m begging you right now. My family in Jamaica does not have food because of these people. And they do not care about your shipment. All they do is send emails back-and-forth if they wouldn’t even pick up the phone and call The other warehouses, so that they could check for the shipments please do not use this company I already called you and you said at this point, you don’t know where my shipment is, so why I’m going to call you again so My family has no Christmas because of your company you don’t know where my barrel went But it didn’t end up in Jamaica It’s so my family has no Christmas this year Because of your company again
