Caring Hands Caregivers have been providing excellent 24/7 care for the past 6 months for my husband who was diagnose with LBD. The Management followed a disciplined process to identify our needs so that they can match us with a team of caregivers that is compatible to my husbands situation. The Caregivers team that they have put together for us are experienced, empathetic and have been providing the best care for my husband. making it possible for him to continue living comfortably in our home. The General manager, Kathy is exceptional - she is a wonderful human being in addition to being professional in meeting the demands of her clients. She is always available and willing to discuss and provide solutions for unexpected events. We are fortunate that we have Caring Hands Caregivers to provide the help that we need to care for my husband at home.

Our experience with Caring Hands Caregivers has been amazing! They were recommended to us when our father had a critical and very extended stay in the hospital, and did not seem to be getting the care and treatment he needed. We live across the country and were relying on twice daily calls to nurses to keep us updated and informed. In our intake interview with the General Manager, she listened carefully when we described our situation and all of our concerns. She visited our father in the hospital the following morning to meet him and better understand his extensive medical needs. When it became very clear some nurses were not reliable and our father was not receiving the care and consideration he needed, Caring Hands Caregivers was able to have a caregiver at his bedside within hours. The knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, thoughtful, attentive, empathetic, gracious caregiver that was matched with our father was a perfect fit. She has been with our father for over 6 months now, and has seen him through the transitions from the hospital to a rehab facility to home. Our father needed 24/7 care when he first returned home and Caring Hands Caregivers was able to provide that. Under the care and expertise of the caregivers, he regained strength and mobility. Our father is now able to be on his own at night, and has 12-hour daily care. Caring Hands Caregivers has increased our father’s quality of life by giving him back his independence and the ability to continue living in the home he loves. He credits his caregiver with making him feel 15 years younger. We also know that Caring Hands Caregivers will be there as our father’s needs change, and will accommodate and adapt to these changes. Caring Hands has also been phenomenal for us. We have peace of mind knowing our father is exceptionally well cared for. We feel like we are partners in the care process, and our father is doing better than we could have hoped for given all he has gone through. We are in constant communication with his primary caregivers and the company, and can confidently say we know how and what our father is doing on a daily basis. To have this level of peace and connection when we are thousands of miles away is truly a gift.

Caring Hands Caregivers stepped in after two other firms of caregivers had to be released. Cathy and her team were amazing. I wish I would have had them from the start of my friend’s illness. They were a major support to me and her in her final days. If you are looking for a full service home care you need to contract Kathy. She was amazing, I can’t thank her enough.
