I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Carlile shipping. Not only did the Anchorage office get us an expedited quote, the guys on bridge access were friendly, the front office guy Royce helped us so much. And then when we had to pay the lady in Anchorage was friendly and incredibly helpful. We dealt with multiple people from multiple offices and they were all friendly and efficient…. It’s been a long time since we have had such great customer service. It was really refreshing, especially during such a stressful time. ❤️ Thank you Carlile, you’re doing it right❤️

Friendly folks on the phone willing to help, but they apparently don’t have enough drivers to meet their obligations. Waiting several days for them to drive from Anchorage to kenai and it’s always the next day they will have someone drive it, ultimately I may need to refuse delivery and try for a refund I suppose since I can no longer wait as I will be out of town for months. It’s a shame.

I can't do .5 stars. Horrible service. I have been waiting on a shipment that is in Anchorage now, for 16 days. 16 Days of nothing! It is being delivered to a company in Anchorage. It's a freaking server for a company! Dell is going to have a fit when they get the details. The cargo is 4.1 miles from final destination, and I wait!
