These folks are as professional as any Brokers that I've ever worked with. Tracking and communication are key, and they do it without making the driver feel distrusted. Trust and verify. They also listen. I had a box of product refused by customer. It was damaged by Shipper, and left on truck. Koola Rep asked for OS&D Form, which was no problem. When I was requested to get pics of box, I asked if they could wait until I stopped, because it was pouring down rain. Daniel told me, "No problem." That little bit of compassion and kindness made me a believer. Koola is cool.
