Kenny and Brent came to help me move my new sectional into my townhouse. It was a tough job because the couch had to be lifted to the second story patio and through the siding glass doors. These two are powerhouses! They were extremely professional and everything got in safely and undamaged. They were absolute gentleman! I highly recommend this moving service! to top it off, they were able to help me the same day, Which may not always be possible, but I am grateful that they were able to get it done the same day!

My daughter and I have been thru a lot with Reno Housing Authority in the last year. Being forced to move like 99 other families. They hired Carneys to move a lot of the families. Sadly we were the last family there amongst a lot of bad things the criminals did to the complex in the last couple of weeks. We finally got our chance to get out of there today. They hired 3 guys from Carneys and I would like to say that these guys were the best experience I have had in a very long time!!! Fernando Travis and Kevin were absolutely the best movers ive ever seen! Incredibly organized... Incredibly friendly and obviously experienced! Very professional and did I mention HOW FAST they moved my 2 bedroom apartment full of a ton of stuff in just about 1 hour and they unloaded at my new place even faster! I'm a military brat that has moved all over the world and I have never seen a better team!!! I am in a wheelchair and I brushed past my own mirror and knocked it over crashing all the glass to the floor, and the team member was on top of it picking up all the glass with his hands and my daughter helped him with the dust pan! It was 100% my fault and he was so kind! So in conclusion... IF YOU NEED TO MOVE... THE ONLY TEAM TO CALL IS CARNEYS! If you don't, you'll be making a huge expensive mistake! Thanks again guys.... You are the best! Whatever they're paying you is NOT ENOUGH! I just can't say enough about these guys!!

We have used Carney’s in the past and gave them another shot to impress when we needed some family heirlooms moved from Dayton to Reno. Once again, they did an amazing job!! Not a scratch on anything, took great care in moving everything in and out, and all 3 guys had the best customer service! If you need a moving company, call these guys!

Was told they wouldn't quote a price until after they know how much stuff they're moving. Explained it was a 30 minute or less move from one storage unit to another in the same facility with the biggest pieces being moved were a washer & dryer. Come to find out that this 30 minute job nearly $600 after the fact because of their "minimum" price that was conveniently not disclosed beforehand. 3 movers were also dispatched for this small job, and was told after the fact they could have sent two to save some money. Was also not called and alerted when the movers when en-route to the facility, so had to rush to get there once the movers themselves notified us they were already on location. Movers themselves were nice enough.. but after slapping us with a $600 bill for 30 minutes of work, I'll make sure to shop around a bit more next time. Disappointing, but it'll likely be the last time we use their services. Hopefully the quick payoff is worth the potential long term loss of business. Learn from our mistake and shop around, get your quotes beforehand in writing, and don't give them the opportunity to be underhanded in the way they were with us. Would be one star if the movers themselves weren't as efficient as they were.
