Love these folks. Had some warranty work that needed to be done on my EGO mower. Tried calling the place north of Charlotte and never got an answer. Called here and not only got an answer but was also told it could be fixed the same day if I brought it in before 4pm! The last time I had warranty work done on my mower it was almost a week of waiting (at another establishment). I made the drive and would gladly make it again for the friendly and prompt service from Casey. Added note: when fixing the mower the initial ‘issue’ turned out not to be the problem but a quick troubleshoot found the issue and it was dealt with then and there. Visit this establishment - you will not be disappointed.

Had to get my Ego mower repaired under warranty. Was going to fix it and wait for it, but didn't have the right part. Got it back 4 days later! Not bad actually considering that I had the last one repaired by Home Depot and 4 months later still wasn't fixed, Ego had to send me a new one. They are great here and would definitely recommend!

This is a little lengthy but worth writing. Some of the other reviews are spot on with their tech experience as mine is extremely similar. I had an Ego Edger fail and under warranty, Ego directed me to Carolina Earth Movers. I spoke to Casey and he asked some questions regarding the issue to identify the problem as they were able to order the part upfront. This saved me a tremendous amount of time to avoid making multiple trips…they are about 40+ min one way. One aspect of their service that I truly appreciated was that Casey kept me updated constantly and letting me know they are still waiting for the part. From my experience with other businesses they just contact you once the parts arrive but Casey went above to keep me posted throughout and then contacted me as soon as it arrived. Their consideration for customers time is exceptional as Casey asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting while he repaired the issue. I was up in no time and the experience from beginning to end is some of the best customer service I have ever encountered…they set bar! If their tech support is this good, I have to imagine that their sales aspect must be on par!

Quick and friendly service-- I had a problem with my Ego Power mower and Ego suggested I get it serviced here. I called and Casey checked to see if he had the parts (which he did) and then said I could bring in and he would service the mower. In an hour it was done and Casey took the mower outside and tested it before giving it to me. All-in-all, I great experience.
