very unprofessional.. with everyone attending the 21 savage concert more then 30 peoples car got towed. so the frustration in everyone was there, once we called about getting our car, we were getting laughed at in the back, and at the location as well. not sure if this is a family owned business, but telling your customers your “ felons” as well and not afraid is a little unusual. we had arrived at 12:30 and didnt get the car till almost 2 am, with a 5 hour car ride ahead of us. I ask you take your customers seriously, and do not be disrespectful as we are trying to let you do your job.

Be careful. They don’t do the job right This towing company got in to my truck took my parking sticker off and tow my truck, I had to pay $262, They say they driver have camera and for me to see the video I had to pay for a lawyer

Damaged my car when they towed my car and will not contact me back to fix damage. I'm still waiting. Been about 3 weeks and I've called them about 25 times. Also they will give you a lower price if you pay cash. Feels illegal and like extortion.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. $470 is absolutely outrageous. The people who work there are EXTREMELY rude and will laugh in your face. One of them even made a joke about going back to jail when a customer was speaking to them and was upset about their unfair tow. Waited an hour and a half there to get our car back. They were laughing at everyone’s situations when we were standing right there. For some reason, they give you a discount when you pay with cash (which was still going to be $450). Seems sketch. The only good reviews are the people who hire them as their tow company. Avoid this place at all costs.

This company is a scam and I am convinced that they are in cahoots with our apartment complex. They towed our car around 3:25am this morning. We were dressed and there to meet them by 3:53am. They had the nerve to tell us that to get our car released it would be $325!! For less than 60 mins of possession. Absolutely not. I have already contacted the news station via phone and email and plan to go back to the rent office when they open and get to the bottom of this SCAM they're running.
