Particularly notable because they service Martha's Vineyard with all the challenges that go along with island business. I cannot say enough good things about Carroll's! We hired them for an office move in Vineyard Haven and they were extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Michael did a wonderful job coordinating our very complicated move and the movers, Corey and Augie, were not only a pleasure to be around but extremely cautious and even helped me to decide the layout of the furniture. I HIGHLY recommend!

Unfortunately, Carroll’s is the only moving company on the island (since Barnes has been taken over by Carroll’s). I had used Barnes on multiple occasions and had never had any bad outcomes. I had a major move with Carroll’s and have been going through my items. So many of the boxes are mislabeled and things are in a jumbled mess. Many items are broken and/or damaged. I am sorry to say that many pieces of my furniture are seriously scratched (like deep gouges). There are missing items as well and we even have other peoples’ stuff (that I have absolutely no clue who they may belong to). I’ve tried to contact the company, but have been ignored.

I don’t have anything but positive things to say about our experience working with Carroll’s Moving & Storage. I would highly recommend them for your move. From the moment that I requested a quote, Michael was responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. Truly top of the line. Not only Michael, but everyone we encountered, including our day-of movers, was great. The Carroll’s team made our move to the island much less stressful than it otherwise would have been.

We had a great experience with Carroll's! After my grandmother passed we needed to have her items brought to Martha's Vineyard and Carroll's was the perfect choice. They were responsive and were so kind on the phone. The move was extremely simple and all I had to do was sign a few papers! 100% recommend!
