Our company called for a tow service, they told us an hour, 3 hours go by and nothing, not even a call. I call the tow office the woman that answered the phone was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever talked too. This person would not allow me to talk, walked right over everything I said. I was being as polite as I could. This person said the tow truck driver called me 3 times, which is odd since my phone never rang in 3 hours. I asked for another tow truck, this person said I do not want to argue, I said ma'am I am not arguing I just want another tow to our company truck. The woman said NO, I am just going to cancel the call and hung up on me. I called our company service department and removed Carson City Towing from our directory of tow services and found a BETTER, more PROFESSIONAL towing company.

I am currently still sitting on the side of the road. I was told that the driver would be here in an hour. So after hour number 2, i call the driver. He tells me that he’s too busy with police calls (which are mandatory) to call me to let me know that he’s not actually coming. Great, Thanks! 👎

It's hard to say that I enjoyed my experience here do to the situation but there customer service was awesome and they do what they can to assist you , the employees are curious and polite.

Awesome driver and dispatcher. We had silver state come out and denied the tow for ridiculous reasons and left us high and dry. We called Carson City Towing to the rescue dispatch listened to our questions and assured us there drivers had the skills to handle our needs. The driver communicated ahead of arrival showed up on time and towed our vehicle. He did a great job. Thank you Carson City Towing
