Agreed a moving schedule and quote for a 3-move job with owner. Two weeks out, I proposed a schedule change to two of the moves (would have been slightly more ideal, but we could actually have stuck to the original timings if necessary). Heard nothing back from business for two days. When I chased it up, owner informed me he had unilaterally cancelled all three moves (what?!) and rebooked other clients on the same periods already because the schedule change wouldn't work for him. This makes zero sense, as he didn't even follow up the proposed change. Would not admit to his mistake. Was clearly obfuscating. Avoid.

No-show! Mover agreed to move grand piano then failed to show up at appointed time and place and did not respond to repeated voicemails and emails. Do not use.
