This was my first time using Carter Transportation Services and I absolutely loved it. The owner Mrs.Carter picked me before my appointment time very Punctual loved it. When it was time for me to get picked up although she was able to get me, she dispatched to have another driver to come get and my child. Let me not forget Mr.Jeff was amazing he had me laughing the entire time coming back home. I would highly recommend this service.

Rude, inconsiderate and blamed me for them writing down the wrong address for an appointment that I go to 3 times a week. Van that picked me was falling apart and driver had the ac on bc it was 90 outside but a big plastic sheet pinned up with thumb tacks so the car was hot. This company sucks!

I waited over 2 hours for a return trip pick up when I finally got my own ride home a driver calls an hour and a half after that hope I never get this company again
