Great company however, was unfairly let go just before the holidays from the Realty Plus program. Jane is great as a Director, however Josmely not so much. Seems to be a girls club going in as promotions are concerned. Griselda was promoted and us newbies inherited her old files that were SEVERELY neglected. Neglected as in lack of contact and check in for 6 months to almost a year. How she received a promotion seems like nepotism. However, placing dated delicate files on newcomers and creating projects without proper training as to how to take them on is bananas to say the least. Wasn’t going to write a review but I felt it necessary based on certain information. Hope someone who is able to provide sufficient training sees this and create a better process instead of asking so much of new trainees. Btw, they were severely understaffed before we were hired. Happy Holidays!

I can't find one little spec of professionalism from anyone, not even one person that I had to communicate with while I worked a deal with them. Horrible communication, rude, and they just don't care. If I could give 0 star, I would.

It is an embarrassment to the USA that this abomination of a company continues to exist. Highly recommend that you request a different provider if your employer contracts out to Cartus. The agent was not only comprehensively incompetent but also actively hostile. They are a glorified call center that contracts the work out to local companies that do the actual work. All of us had to get creative to compensate for Cartus' incompetence.

The worst company ever. We were buying a home from a seller who had enlisted this company to act on behalf of the seller. It was a nightmare dealing with Cartus. Every small communication took numerous delays to get a response. On top of that they had ridiculous policies that made our buying process miserable. If you have to deal with Cartus in your home buying process, I would say just walk out of the deal because you will have a horrendous and frustrating experience. Just for the record, we terminated our contract after 3 frustrating months. We lost 2-3 K in this process for inspections (Home, Septic, pool) but we are glad we got out of the torture of dealing with Cartus.

Think twice about taking a job with an employer that provides relocation benefits through this company. If you assume that the company will do their best to avoid providing any benefit, you will not be disappointed. A better negotiating tactic would be to try to get cash in lieu of this benefit. If the employer will not give anything of value to forgo the purported benefit, assume that you are better off just forgoing the benefit anyway. We definitely were.
