I highly recommend Carwin Logistics LC. As a recent customer, I had excellent communication throughout the process with them, both via phone and email. Their pricing was very fair and affordable. They provided reminders and showed up at the time they promised. They double wrapped some of the items with plastic wrap and a moving blanket for added protecting. They even had protective blankets that went around the threshold door of any room that they were in. I have never seen this before, and I have now moved 15x. Not one item was damaged at all. They were efficient, professional, friendly and accommodating as I moved the original planned date several times! I will not use nor recommend anyone else as they earned and deserve my respect. This experience was far better than I expected. Sharon was answering my questions and providing a quote late on Friday night and Saturday. I love that Carwin is local and thrives on good customer service and great quality. We had a crew show up in a week from signing the contract and they made the move very smooth. The guys Sharon has doing the move were all very friendly and all wanted to do just the right thing. They really "busted butt" getting us moved out of storage and into a two story house. No complaining. Lots of smiles and took direction very well. They were very careful in our home. They put door protectors up everywhere and railing protectors on the stair rails. Sharon's quote was right on. She really knows her job. I really enjoyed the whole process. Great job gang!
