I had very bad experience with this company last week. The installers did not know how to install washer. Neither they had any tools with them to do the job. They wasted my three days. Finally, I had to call plumber to install washer and drier(paid 100 dollar). Totally unprofessional, untrained guys. Home Depot should stop giving them installation work.

Home Depot should stop doing business with these guys. This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. It's a bit of a long story to write, but giving me profanity and taking off without delivering my appliances is unacceptable. I waited two weeks for my appliances, and then they came and said they couldn't do it. They said they needed more men to complete the delivery and I have to call them to re-schedule. Wait, didn't they know what they were delivering to us?

This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I bought a new refrigerator from Home Depot and confirmed that the relocation of the old one was included. When I asked the delivery team to move the old fridge to the basement, they claimed it wasn't in their policy and refused. I asked them to show me their policy, but received no response. When I requested that they wait while I called Home Depot to confirm, they rudely said they couldn't wait and began leaving without delivering my new refrigerator, which I had been eagerly anticipating. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I can't understand how Home Depot works with such a company.

Having ordered from home depot previously and this company delivering and having a terrible delivery people experience I was not looking forward to this order arriving - was I ever surprised the men that delivered my fridge and dishwasher were extremely kind - caring - and careful. When the first Attempt at fridge was tried there was no complaining or comments the tools were got and doors and hinges removed they were carefully placed when it wouldn’t fit down hall through doorway. They both took great care to ensure neither the appliances nor my home were damaged. I only wish I could have tipped them but sadly didn’t have any cash. So I really hope These guys are your new standard for delivery - FANTASTIC!’!!!!

Delivery was in time frame BUT they didnt seem to know how to install washer. Had to wait a week to get final install of washer. 2nd install crew knew what they were doing but originals had no clue. Very upset. Home Depot should definitely stop using this company.🤬
