The bus systems really need to fixed. They are broken and the city needs to take notice of how this affects people who depend on both services to navigate the city. I appreciate that there is a shortage of drivers but I got one do not want to spend 2 hours at Walmart and with my health I am limited as to my mobility to even walk to Perkins. This is not just my own opinion but I am speaking for all people who are in the same position as myself. On another note, love the drivers! These are the best assets this city has. They are wonderful and very kind and compassionate to all of the disabled and handicap on the Assist and also to all on Link. The new system for fares is a good idea. It does keep some of the problems off the bus. Just need to clean up the benches at transfer station. Not liking the fact riders of the bus are not able to use them as the homeless are in them drinking and getting high. Some are basically using to live in.

I want to give a shout out to the regular drivers on Blue, Green and Orange routes Jake, Wilma, Lana. The three of you do outstanding service and do your best to be on time every time. I wish the drivers that drove the green and blue routes in the evenings and on Saturdays were as diligent as the three of you

Consistently behind schedule for their stops. Often start their routes 2-3 minutes late, meaning the rest of the route will be behind. When riding, budget at least 10-15 extra minutes due to them running late for perfectly avoidable reasons. As I'm writing this, I'm on the bus, which started the route two minutes late, and is now five minutes behind.
