Castle is the best! Easy and clear communication from Francisco and the team. I've used them three times and they're incredibly cautious, respectful, kind, all around great to work with. Wrap everything, clean up after themselves, respectful of my clients homes. I've asked them to scoop things a few times or switch furniture back and they do so kindly. Castle will be the only company I call or recommend from now on.

Freddie, Jim and the rest of the Castle Services Team are just incredible. As a local designer I have used Castle for years for receiving, storage, and relocation services as well as cleaning and set-up. They are always organized, prepared, solution driven, cost effective, and professional. This team is so easy to work with and always deliver. I recently used Castle services for my personal home relocation as well. I have had nearly 15 relocations in my lifetime and have never utilized a professional moving company before. What a difference! They came in and wrapped all my furniture and appliances for transit. All lamps, artwork and audio-visual equipment was boxed and labeled. The team was so efficient, and the process was so easy. I highly encourage anyone who is considering Castle for their storage needs to move forward with Castle Services. As owner and Designer of InsideOut, I have been using Castle Services for all of my projects. They have received, inspected and delivered numerous trucks of furniture and accessories for my Keys projects. Their staff is friendly, cooperative and extremely respectful of my clients and their goods. In 10 years they have not dinged the walls, dropped an item or broken any one of the hundreds of pieces they have handled for me. The owner stands behind his work and is fair in pricing and all of his services. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the Castle team! They are professional, helpful, friendly, organized and knowledgeable. We have used them several times over this past year - and have also had them store our items in between moves. They took excellent care of every item (and of our home) every step of the way. Castle was highly recommended to us by friends - and now we are big fans too!

I've found the entire Castle team to be excellent! The office staff is well organized and communicative regarding receipt of deliveries, condition of delivered items and additionally, they email copies of bills of lading with photos of items received. Each item is "labeled" and logged into my account. After all this...on the day of "delivery" the really hard work begins! The Castle delivery team is always friendly, courteous, and capable of handling any situation. I'm sure they are confronted with many delivery challenges. (Narrow stairs, tight hallways, bad weather, traffic and clients who have the "while you're here" syndrome asking for moving request that were not scheduled). All of which they handle professionally and gracefully. Please, if you ask for extra unscheduled services, expect to be billed as it's only fair. Time is money...be it in your business, or theirs. I feel great "peace of mind" knowing the entire Castle team is always there for me!
