I had a bed frame delivered today (16MAY) by this company. I ordered it over a month ago but it was made to order and on the other side of the country so I knew I would wait a while going forward with my order. I live on a military installation in Washington and received a call from the company during a field exercise. I let them know I wouldn't be available on the original scheduled date and the caller was very lenient and set up a different date without hassle. I did not receive a call the day prior but I did get a text that allowed me to confirm my date and track my shipment. My time block was between 9-12 and they arrived at 1015 with an automatic call 20min prior. I did call their office twice, once I called to give instructions on how to get onto the installation being that there is only one allowable gate and at that moment the automated call called me so I had to hang up on the office to take it. After I received that call, I called back and gave the lady the details, I heard as she typed it into the system and was very nice and encouraging. The tracker was excellent and in real time and the two movers were extremely pleasant. They were careful in my curved stairway, and we had a great conversation about the military and all the places we've gotten to travel to. I didn't see the negative reviews until a few moments I made my call to the company, but my mind was put at ease and it was a great experience overall. They took all of the packaging away and there were a few small balls of styrofoam left which didn't bother me much. I don't have any complaints about this company based on my experience, I would be happy to use them again

This company has handled all my deliveries for Living Spaces orders. They don’t communicate, are never on time and throw your boxes right at your door blocking it and won’t help you even get it out of the way. Then you try to call their company for assistance and they are rude and unhelpful. I still have one shipment where they didn’t come within the delivery window and called me to say they needed to reschedule and I’d receive a call and it’s been 10 days and still nothing. If you order something and this is the company handling delivery, I would cancel and go elsewhere. I promise you a nightmare is awaiting if CBC handles your delivery.

Ordered a $9K Tempur-Pedic bed with and Ergo base. I was contacted on Tuesday that the order had been received and ready to schedule a delivery. Scheduled for Friday. Contacted Thursday to set up a time window, 9a-1p. Received robo-call at 1035a that delivery was about 15 min out. An hour later, no deliver. Spoke w/office to check on the team. I was told the supervisor was supposed to call me but forgot. When I asked about what, the dispatcher didn’t know. Called the store where I purchased the products to see if they could get an answer. The store called me back, CBC had lost part of the Ergo bed and couldn’t find it. Still no call from CBC. About 4p the dispatcher called and asked if I wanted the bed as it was on the truck and if they found the other part of the Ergo bed, they’d go ahead and deliver it all. I said fine. About 5p, two guys showed up. I asked them to please put on masks as I live with my elderly mother who is a high risk person. One stated in broken English; “…me no English.” The other “…no mask.” I gave them both masks. They unloaded the $6k mattress in a puddle of water, though I asked them not to unbox it until we were inside, they unboxed it in the rain, the puddle of water. I offered them shoe covers to protect the floors but again…me no English. I asked them to return the mattress, they again said, me no English and left. Not sure how to give this partial delivery with a damaged mattress and dirty floors anything but a 1 star.

I've had 2 separate deliveries from this company (new kitchen) and everything went great. Got very early delivery dates and they arrived when they said they would (1 hour into the 4-hour windows). I received a confirmation call the day before each delivery and an automated call 30 minutes out from their arrival. The delivery people were pleasant, polite and they stacked my boxes (over 20 altogether) in neat rows so we could open the boxes easily to inspect before installation. Would definitely use them again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend CBC moving. The customer service is terrible and the company is extremely unorganized. They took weeks to notify me that they had my couch for delivery. They tried to charge me for storage over 30 days immediately after contacting me to set up delivery when there were no available dates before the charges would start. They only offered me three possible Mondays out of a 30 day delivery window, then tried to threaten canceling my order and send back if I could not arrange for one of those three days. Their delivery drivers showed up without any tools to assemble my furniture. They left my furniture on the ground outside in the rain and got mad and rude when I asked them to bring the remaining pieces inside out of the rain. The drivers yelled on the phone outside in my street in Spanish calling me curse words for not allowing them to use my personal tools. I had to schedule a second set of drivers to come back and finish the assembly and suddenly they were able to come to my area on a Wednesday.
