My experience is hearing everything that goes wrong on a daily basis because my partner that has been working there for more than 10 to 15 years. Tells me everything and I think it is a direct reflection on the fact that the only thing they are interested in is money and capital. They are not interested in building a relationship it’s just business.

Klipsch canada used them for a delivery. Worse tracking info. 7 days later and still not delivered 1600km away. All other delivery companies would of had it delivered in 3 days. Shame on Klipsch canada for treating their customers with this kind of delivery services. I'll never order anything from any company that uses this shipping company. By far the worse...

I will not be using this freight company any longer. They do not honor their word. I waited 2 days for my freight to deliver and they never delivered due to miscommunication on their part. They wasted two of my days and they were not courteous enough to include a free $30 liftgate delivery because of the mishap on their end.

I had scheduled a delivery with the company on a Friday between 11 am to 3 pm and my wife took a day off of work to receive and sign for the package. CCT calls me on Friday at 1 pm to inform me that the “package was not placed on the truck”.Rescheduled my delivery for Monday and ensured another working day will be wasted. Edit - changed to 3 stars The delivery showed up at 4 pm on the Friday
