I had a great first experience with Dr. Griffin. I was going in for a well check. He asked all his questions and listened really well to me. I got a call back on my blood work results and what I was suggested to do. All went well. My two daughter say Laurie for their well visit and said she was very nice. We look forward to returning if and when we need to.

I am very saddened the state of Healthcare our country is in. You can't find anyone that works for themselves so therefore the lack of patient care is quite shocking and has left my stomach uneasy. There is an extreme lack of communication regarding the Dr. To nurse's- nurse's to patients - then the front desk is just kind of floating on there on own clueless. I had hoped to establish care with an office that I could have a personal relationship with my Dr. (and had also brought my 2 children to him). Unfortunately, I have only accomplished wasting 8 months still forced to go to ER or urgent care if I have an asthma attack. They have left me in an emergency situation due to their lack of care for their patients. Had a nurse reached out to me regarding the reason he was uncomfortable filling my emergency inhaler, scheduled me, and refilled it in the meantime or got me in within a timely manner, I would not have an issue. Instead I was treated like I was drug seeking and had never been a patient before (it felt like the twilight zone). They seemed to just want to be difficult with me and charge another office fee (I'm sure with it being chain they have a quota or incentives but even in that case this is out of his expertise so he should just refer me to a specialist in the first place instead of wasting so much of my time). I knew I was going to a chain and it was ultimately a business, but I also wanted to believe even todays Dr.s would operate withing the guidlines of the Hippocratic Oath and maintain a certain bedside manner. I hope this helps some else to avoid my experience.

Dr. Griffin always listens and addresses my concerns while educating me on the impact to my health. He is great with my teenager, and actually talks directly with them about their health.

Really disappointed in my experience using this primary care physician. I’ve been going here for a year now and constantly feel neglected or dismissed with my illnesses. I went this week with a serious infection and he couldn’t really bother to check me out. He sent me to get chest X-rays for pneumonia and never called me with the results despite me calling the doctors office for 2 days. Finally went back to urgent care yesterday and the doctor was able to take his time listen to my lungs and figure out I had a serious bronchitis infection and handled accordingly. I would still be in serious trouble had I waited for Dr Griffin to respond and diagnose correctly. Really disappointed in his service this last half year and won’t be returning back.
