Our movers arrived at the appropriate time, attentively and they take great care of ALL OF OUR FURNITURE. They worked a really full day with no complaints, fast, and had a great attitude. They're also very honest. We feel satisfying when they departing in our home. I would definitely hire them again.

I recently had to relocate on short notice for my job. I was contacted by multiple companies after filling out for estimates online. The prices varied a lot with many of the companies being very pushy. I decided to choose New City Moving USA after speaking with Matthew. He asked more questions then some of the other companies and I just felt better about the customer service they offered. After reserving I was picked up within a few days. They told me they'd be there between 10am-12pm. They showed up at 1:30pm, however the driver called and told me he was running behind. No biggie. The movers themselves. did a great job. They were careful with my furniture, worked hard and made sure everything was wrapped really tight and packed good. The delivery only took a couple days. I want to thank the staff at New City Moving for doing a excellent job. I felt that they genuinely cared and as a result they made my move a lot easier especially considering it was planned last minute. It was easy to contact them when I needed help. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing to move.

I used New City USA Moving for my out-of-state move from Austin, TX to San Francisco and could not have had a better experience. This move was a complicated one with a lot of moving parts, and as a result I was really stressed out. Ryan and Derrick at New City were always available to take my calls despite their busy schedules. They were extremely personable, communicative, and reassuring. The value New City offers over some of the National competitors is truly unmatched, and they proved that a thousand times over throughout my moving process. Everything went smoothly as possible - I would highly recommend you use them for your next move. Don’t waste your time with any other movers!

The guys from Celebrity Van Lines did an excellent job protecting the building hallways, floors and door. Packed all our furniture carefully. No damage very reasonable price for the “white glove service we’ve got “.
