We hired Cento twice in the last three months to help us move furniture into our new home. And both times we were impressed by how efficient and professional they were! Our second request even included moving a piano, which was moved safely and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs in the Orlando area!

Unless you enjoy paying a company that shows up several hours late for their scheduled moving time with little explanation, damages the walls to your NEWLY BUILT HOUSE, damages or loses parts to your furniture, and takes almost no accountability for their mediocre customer service, I would not recommend hiring Cento Family Moving & Storage for your moving needs. I'll spare going into lengthy detail (though I could almost write a short novel about our previous misadventures with them). All I will add to this is that the main part of hiring a moving company is to have them alleviate stress that comes with moving into a new home... and instead of doing that, this company multiplies your stress levels. I could almost forgive some of the damages they caused to our home and furniture when they did their "job". But what is inexcusable to me is a company that shows up almost 3 hours late for the scheduled appointment without a reasonable excuse, doubles the amount of actual labor time it took them to perform the job on their final invoice, and then goes radio silent when it comes to taking responsibility for the damages caused.

Cento made my move very easy! They were in time and let me know about an hour before they arrived! They got to work right away and we’re very organized. All three men were very professional. They wrapped the furniture and were very careful when moving things!! Definitely recommend!!

Cento Family Moving & Storage helped move me from Florida to South Carolina. The movers packed everything up nicely and carefully at my home in Florida, then transported it safely & securely to my new home in South Carolina. I was impressed with how kind and respectful the two movers who were moving my things were. I gave them a general idea of where items needed to go initially and told them just to ask if there was any question. They had no problem figuring out where items went, placing big pieces of furniture exactly where I asked, moving them (a couple of times) to get it just right! They assembled two bed frames, my bedroom combination dresser/vanity, and my dining room table for me. I had asked that any bins left that I hadn't assigned to be placed downstairs be put in my guest bedroom upstairs. Let me tell you how happy I was when I walked up stairs and saw the bins nicely placed & organized against the wall! They even stuck some bins - clearly seasonal items - neatly in the closet - exactly where I had planned to place them! They exchanged pleasantries, chatted lightly while working, wore masks/face coverings while in my home, and were beyond attentive to some of my most precious family heirloom items. I have known people to use this company, so I already knew they were good at what they did, but I was beyond impressed with my personal experience! I can't thank Cento Family Moving & Storage enough for getting my belongings to me safely in my new home out of state!
