Let's start with the units themselves- maintained with indoor lighting, my unit is perfect for accommodating items up to 8 x 10. The locks utilized by this facility are cut-proof, and with a little oiling, lock holders remain secure. This provided the peace of mind I needed. The facility's location is another highlight, nestled alongside My City Forest. This non-profit organization and their volunteers plant trees and shrubbery for the community in Santa Clara County. It’s also near a field that separates the freeway and the airport, the field most likely has field mice, nothing that the management doesn’t try and control the best they can. Overall, if you are looking for an economical and safe storage facility that prioritizes security and environmental responsibility, this is the place to choose. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to see how it meets your needs. #LETSGONINERS!!!

Been storing my stuff here too many yrs. Got robbed x2 and poor management been the discouraging part. We now have a pretty dedicated manager Solomon he is professional and has ppl skills .I moved to a different unit to help the cost lower . The airport is overhead hearing every flight coming in and the exhaust causes black soot on everything . Be sure to get renters insurance to cover what's stored hoping this yr will be the last of this need in my life .

This place delivers value and it's kinda easy to get to via the many freeways in the airport area. Small units and large you can't beat their prices

The property manager is worthless. This place operates as a legal scam , for being a few days late , they go and auction my personnel belongings , along with my teenage daughter personnel information, like SSN , and some one is using her identity for working some where in a different state I received a w2 under her name , when she has never worked , she is still a student. Like I said this place operates as a legal scam business, doesn't care about people's personal items and goes ahead and auctions the items not knowing what criminal hands the personnel items goes too. Well I have a small storage space here. Its so small , but the monthly fee is too high. Also they charge ridiculously outrageous amount off late fee , its unthinkable. They don't think twice before charging that kind off fee. I wouldn't really no one too rent a space here. Zero stars.

Manager doesn't know customer service. Just cause you got robbed dont mean you take it out on renters. Also I wouldn't have to put a tarp if you guys had any kind of shade or ac units. You try getting stuff like in 5 minutes when it's 100 degrees weather I'm going to have a heat stroke maybe when that happen I can sue you for pain and suffering. Just being real
