Not once, but twice we have had poor experiences with this UPS. To the point I will no longer be utilizing their services. 1.) Nowhere online does is state you need to make an appointment for notary services. We called, they said they take walk ins. Apparently there’s only one employee (Ernesto) who does notaries and the day we walked in, in August he had left early. 2.) Today we go in for livescan, we are the only people in the store, and the employees are being talked to by their manager, who continues to talk as we walk up to the front one of the employees greets us. He says Ernesto has to help us, so we move aside as there are now more customers. Ernesto ignores us, continuing to talk to the other employee, finally he turns to us and I give him my paperwork. He says he needs a printout of the online enrollment, even though nowhere online, in my email, or on the document itself does that say it’s a requirement. I called this morning to ensure we didn’t have the same experience we did with the notary, asked if I needed to bring anything else besides the two things I brought and was told no. Ernesto tells me that “Well, they don’t require it. But we do.” I ask how much printing is, it’s 3.00 to print a form that isn’t a requirement to print. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The employees/staff at this UPS re very professional, curtious and friendly. I love going into the store because I know I will be well treated and offered assistance as needed. This is a great neighborhood store filked with great packaging/shipping needs and a wonderful and caring staff!

Came in when they open to do a live scan. The guy refused to do it because he didn’t want to make potential future customers wait. He would rather have me wait an hour because someone might come in, and the next person coming into work wouldn’t be there til 11.

I had the worst experience returning my Amazon package here yesterday. I usually select The UPS store drop off option, which doesn't require package or label printing. This time I did the same, and assumed I don't need to pack or label my return. I brought the item in its original package to this UPS store for return anyway. The associate there at that time, Ernesto, yelled at me like I'm an idiot because the side of the package was loose, and said he'd have to charge me for taping it back. I explained to him that I used the drop off option and didn't expect i even had to package the item, and that the package was delivered to me exactly like that. He talked down to me again about how I did not look at the instruction, and how hard it was to tape the box. I felt terrible and really wanted to get out of there, so I just said it's ok, if something happens in the delivery process, I can't control it. I left without getting a receipt and now my return status on Amazon still doesn't reflect that I initiated the return. Now I'm a little worried that if the return doesn't go through, I won't have any receipt to show for it. In all honesty, I think it was a very simple situation that could have been solved in a much better way - a confused customer, a box that could use a little bit of tape (Amazon, pls pack your items better. It's not the first time seriously). What he explained to me was right, but how it was delivered was just simply so nasty that I don't think anyone should deserve to be talked to like that. I didn't raise my voice and was polite through the process even though I was very frustrated. I'm a bit inclined to say always remember to take the receipt regardless of the situation, but if I could do that again, I'd just ask for the box back and go return it with some other ups store.
