WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. I've used a lot and this by far takes the cake. They lost my 70" Sony TV and my brand new coffee table. They keep telling me they're looking for it. This doesn't included all the stuff they damaged which I won't write about cause I don't care compared to the missing TV. To top this all off, they tell you insurance is included but don't explain what that means before you sign. The insurance covers 60 cents per pound of the item. So if my TV weighs 100lbs (which it doesn't) they will only give me $60. This is not acceptable. I paid over $1200 for something that you have misplaced, I should be compensated for actual cash value. Do not ever use this company.

The entire moving process from the quote to the last box being carried in was smooth! The office coordinator, Janet, calmed my nerves and answered every question I had. The team of movers, Rolando, Lottie, Ronnie, are highly professional and respectful. They were very careful with our furniture, wrapped everything, carried boxes in and put in correct rooms. They were humorous and hard-working. Not one problem. Would definitely work with Century Moving again and highly recommend them!

They broke my 65" LED TV. When the woman walked around my house and gave my quote she said the TVs would be boxed and secured. When they took it off the truck I saw that the only packing they did was put a thin pad over it. When they removed the pad it was apparent that there was a huge crack in the screen. The TV is useless now. The owner came out and looked at it. The next day he said they would refund me $460 on a TV that cost me $2600. I was specifically told before the move how they would pack it, that was not done, and their negligence cost me my TV.

I used Century Moving to move our house on May 1st. From Megan who estimated our move, Janis who coordinated our move, and the team that actually moved us, Ronnie, Andre, Anthony and Angel - everyone was amazing! The quote was accurate, and the service was great! Our move was a great success. I picked Century, partly because Megan explained that they would protect our floors - which they did, but also because they had a 3rd party team that took apart and re-installed our washer, dryer and treadmill. For a professional moving company their pricing was lower than the two second-rate companies I also received quotes from. Very pleased with Century Moving, I highly recommend them. Please use them for your next move, you won't be disappointed!

Century Movers were FANTASTIC!!!!! Never once did I worry that my belongings were being handled carelessly or going to end up broken upon arrival. The Century movers took the time to wrap things, pad things, and take apart things! My particular crew, Ronnie, Martin, Cesar, and Loddy were unbelievable professional and friendly from start to finish. This was my first time ever hiring movers, as I've been afraid of how much it would cost and my personal belongings being mishandled and let me tell you, Century Movers was worth every penny I spent (which was less than many of their compotators). The box rental program was so helpful, and gave me the push to empty sooner so I could receive my deposit back. The office staff never left it up to me to call and confirm ANYTHING as they were so professional and on top of the curtesy calls to confirm our schedule. Thanks Century Movers!
