We made the move from Seattle to the Bay Area, and CEO Moving were so excellent. It was easy to schedule, plan, and communicate with the company. Anytime I had a question about something and emailed, I received a quick response. At one point, we called to ask about the deposit, and humans picked and answered us promptly!! Moving is so stressful, and it's nice to have humans to help! On the day of, Scott , Ennis, and Andrew came right on time. They first estimated that it might take them four hours to pack everything up, but they loaded everything within three hours and carefully wrapped our furniture. They were very kind and communicative, and really worked super hard to get everything loaded as quickly as they could. They gave us a time estimate to make it to the Bay, and made it within 10 minutes. I would like to say that during the unloading in San Francisco, other helpers worked, with the exception of team leader/driver - Scott. However, this did not interfere with the quality of the work as a whole. They unloaded things even quicker and were careful to help us put the furniture back together. The paintings were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in special boxes. Even my big plants made it safely. Hopefully, we won't need another big move like this, but if we do, we'll definitely turn to CEO Moving again! Honestly, the cost was well worth it for the amount of time and labor they put in. I cannot stress to please tip them for their hard work and labor!! We could not do this without them.

We used the yelp feature of requesting a quote and came across CEO Moving! Upfront, they were very transparent of their pricing and no hidden costs! Alex from the team was very responsive and answered all my questions! My day-of crew was on-time and so very friendly. They talked with us through the whole process and made our lives so much easier! We hired a crew of 3, and they were so awesome! Would definitely hire this team again for any future moves! They came prepared with a moving truck, dolly's, moving blankets, wrap, tape and more! We have now used CEO Moving twice now for local and long distances. First was for a local move within San Mateo in 2021 and they were very careful and efficient. All the guys were super professional and kind. This current move was from San Mateo down to Orange County and again, they did a phenomenal job. To begin, I had a video call with Alex and Max to show them our space and the amount of stuff we had to get a quote. We were in an older 3 level condo with narrow (and somewhat treacherous stairs). CEO Moving sent over 6 strong men on moving morning (don’t be fooled by their looks!) and got our 80 heavy ass boxes and all the furniture including a fridge down those stairs of death very quickly, which was fantastic because we got to drive down to our first stop in LA before 8 PM. Now we’re here at our new home and they are just as efficient, courteous and professional. They really take care of the belongings and the home itself by laying out protection on the floors and stairs (which other companies did not do for us, and I’ve now moved about 7 times in the last 10 years). 5 stars and hearts for CEO Moving.
