Bizarre experience. Went to get a notary signature and the guy starts asking all sorts of questions about the form. I've had the same form notarized before, it's a standard form. But no, he needed to know reasons for the form in all manner of ways. It was just a standard form! I refused to answer all his probing questions, that went beyond the pale. He didn't even read was was written on the form and grilling me like I'm sort of criminal. I told him, well it's on the form. Again, that's on the form, read it. So I just walked out. The most ridiculous experience all this year.

DON'T DO LIVESCAN HERE!!! The man working the counter was extremely rude. I wish I had read yelp negative reviews before I came. I came here for livescan. The man said it should 99% pass, based on his "experience". He promised that if it doesn't work, "come back" and he would do live scan again without any charge. Even though I noticed that from his computer, my fingerscans got a lot of red alerts due to bad scanning, I chose to trust him. But 2 days later, I got an email from DRE saying that I need "Complete Livescan resubmission and return by email". I revisited here to request a free livescan as he promised. But the man changed his face saying that only if I received a physical notice from DRE instead of email can he do a livecan again for me. I don't care about $69, but it was really a waste of time!

Best place ever! The owner is soooo nice. Helps you out with everything. I get things notarized frequently and hes so quick. Just in and out. I've never waited in line. Today I got my fingerprinting done there and it was so much easier and faster than the police department. Plus I locked my keys in the car in the mean time :-( but the owner was helpful with everything. BEST MAIL AND COPY PLACE EVER!!!!

My husband just dropped a return package for Zappos here today. He did not need to pay. When he asked to be given a receipt so we keep track, he was asked to PAY for a receipt! This is completely very low customer service. My husband did not have any cash at the moment. The employee said he would send a receipt via phone. I still have to receive that receipt. We will not come back here, for sure. Too bad. We want to support small local businesses in the area. But this is terrible service. Sorry.

The is the 2nd time we’ve use A1 for our passport photos; they are very friendly and polite. Reminds me of the old days when we had something that felt like a neighborly outlet instead of personality-less chains like today. Will continue to go back for shipping items.
